Founder and CEO Sven Kueenle spent more than two decades as a professional freeskier, including years as a Red Bull athlete. His career was shaped by preparation, risk awareness, and the ability to perform when decisions matter.
After professional sports, Sven transitioned into real estate, building experience across acquisitions, development, repositioning, and ownership in Germany, Austria, and Spain.
Today, Rockfish Capital brings that experience to Texas multifamily — combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on execution and responsible ownership.
