Sven Kueenle founded Rockfish Capital with a vision to create long-term value through disciplined multifamily investing. After a successful career on a global stage as a professional backcountry skier and Red Bull athlete, he built and managed real estate projects across Germany, Austria, and Spain, overseeing more than €50 million in transactions. Today, Sven leads Rockfish Capital's investment strategy, applying the same principles of discipline, preparation, and execution that defined his career as an athlete.

Alex Leavitt leads acquisitions at Rockfish Capital, identifying investment opportunities and building strong relationships across the Texas real estate market. A former professional hockey player who won multiple championships, he brings more than 15 years of real estate experience, having acquired and repositioned over 100 properties and facilitated more than 300 commercial and residential transactions.
